Sticky Drumsticks

Of course you can easily cook these without added steam, but the addition of steam helps ensure the drumsticks (which can easily become dry if overcooked in a regular oven) are moist and juicy and the marinade really infuses through the meat.

Marinating in a ziplock bag means you can really rub the marinade into the chicken easily and cleanly and it takes less space in the fridge too.

This recipe serves 4 as a main course


8 - 10 chicken drumsticks ¼ cup  Tomato Sauce

¼ cup  Hoisin Sauce

¼ cup soy sauce

2 cloves garlic crushed

1 chilli chopped finely

2 tspn smoked paprika
