Sous Vide Miso Corn on the Cob
This is such a simple recipe, but its not easy to replicate without sous vide. With a Steam oven you can sous vide with ease, but instead of immersing the bag of food in water, you are immersing it in steam. If your steam oven doesnt have a sous vide function, you arent missing out as this recipe can be cooked in any steam oven with the ability to steam at less than 100 celcius.
The miso and mirin really accetuate the sweetness of the corn. You can cook as many corn cobs as you can fit in a bag , just increase the butter/miso/mirin quantities
