Simple Flatbread

This is a quick and simple flatbread made with just a few ingredients that you can have mixed and baked in less than 20 minutes.

No one will believe this isnt a yeast based recipe and that it only takes a couple of  minutes to mix.


  • 1 c thick yoghurt
  • 1 ½ to 1 ¾ c self raising flour + more for kneading and rolling
  • ¾ t salt
  • Olive oil
  • If desired add toppings of your choice ie Ricotta Cheese, sliced cherry tomato, pesto, mozzarella, parmesan, proscuitto etc
