- 4 kumara – orange or beauregard work really well
- 1/4C maple syrup
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
Roast Kumara, Pumpkin Parsnip and Carrot and Beetroot are all wonderful cooked with the addition of steam so if you have a steam combination oven dont hesitate to add steam to this recipe.
