This is an extremely easy and fast loaf of bread which you can make in under 2 hours. It uses just the most basic ingredients of flour, yeast salt and water.
It makes a very light and fluffy loaf so let it cool well before cutting.
I use a kitchen mixer with a dough hook for the kneading but you can do it by hand too if you need to
