Crustless Mini Quiche

Simple fast and healthy, these make a great lunch dish and are much lighter and fluffier with the addition of steam 


  • 4 rashers bacon cooked and chopped(or substitute with ham,smoked chicken or smoked salmon)
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 red capsicum,  finely chopped 
  • 12 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 -1.5 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 c self raising flour
