Brioche Date Twist

 

This loaf is so light and fluffy and you can adapt the filling to whatever you desire. I used date paste here because it's so easy to spread on and there is no need for added sugar.

I also made one with walnuts and maple syrup and I intend to do one with apricots and chocolate.


400g high grade flour

11g instant yeast

1.5 tspn salt

50gm butter

25 GM sugar

120-150gm milk

3 eggs

 

3/4 cup date paste

2tspn cinnamon

 

1 egg for glaze
