Asian Inspired Vermicelli Omelette

This recipe does require a steam oven, but you could easily cook this in a frying pan on a low heat if you dont have one. I chose not to fill my omelette once folded but it would be delicious filled with a mixture of stirfried vegetables and or meat or fish


3 eggs, beaten

1 cup of vermicelli ( soaked in bloiling water until soft)

1T sesame oil + more for serving1 t soy sauce

1 spring onion finely sliced

1/2  finely chopped red chilli

1 t minced ginger

1 clove of garlic, crushed

2 T finely chopped coriander leaves plus more for serving

Sweet chilli sauce for serving
