These rolls are so easy to make and result in soft light rolls that are perfect for burgers, sliders or dinner rolls. Pipe some raspberry jam into the and cooked rolls, top with raspberry icing and you also have delicious raspberry buns. I find weighing all ingredients makes for a consistent result.
